Extending the Dream Grants

Extending the Dream is a fund that enables members of SACAC to establish and pay for special outreach projects in their communities. These programs are designed for, but not limited to, at-risk students and their parents. Some of the programs that have been funded over the past five years are:

• A Parents and Counselors Together (PACT) program in the Atlanta area;
• Evening PACT programs for middle school parents and others who work with at-risk students;
• College tours for students of promise.

Grants typically range from $1000-$1500. To apply, complete the Extending the Dream grant application.
