There is a push to put mental health and wellbeing at the heart of the school experience. COVID has exacerbated this need. This session will explore the importance of creating a culture of wellness within schools and discuss initiatives that schools can use to enhance their ability to promote optimal wellness related to mental health for students and teachers.
