Each year at SACAC's annual conference in April, and at the Summer Seminar in June, informative workshops conducted by college and high school professionals provide a wealth of information for those who attend. SACAC's Drive-In Workshops--one-day seminars for high school counselors and advisors--are a way to include many more people in effective professional development experiences. These programs are held in various states throughout the region each year. The workshops consist of several seminars, moderated by seasoned professionals who have had many years of on-the-job training in college counseling
