Lesley Chambers is moving from her role as Director of Student Services at the Harrison School for the Arts (Lakeland, FL) to the other side of the desk but still in the same town, joining Florida Southern College as a Senior Assistant Director of Admissions.
Briana Duncan is leaving higher education in the role of Assistant Director of Admission at Oglethorpe University (Atlanta, GA) to manage the college and career center at Maynard Jackson High School (Atlanta Public Schools) as a College Advisor.
Heather Dunham is transitioning into a new role at the Governor’s School for Science & Mathematics (Hartsville, SC) from Admissions Enrollment Counselor to Senior Enrollment Counselor. In the new role, Heather will mentor the enrollment counselors and play a significant role in determining and implementing recruitment and admissions strategies and processes.
Cintia Elenstar is moving up at UnidosNow (FL), transitioning from Program Manager to Program Director. In the new role, Cintia will oversee the first-generation and low-income outreach program, the mentoring and college completion programs, and the high school student clubs.
Claire Gatlin is transitioning from working as a School Counselor at Wando High School (Mt Pleasant, SC) to an exciting opportunity with a new high school which opened August 2020. Claire it the new Director of College Counseling at Lucy Beckham School (Mt Pleasant, SC).
Keeon Gregory is leaving the Cleveland area and heading south, transitioning from Director of College Counseling at Lake Ridge Academy (North Ridgeville, OH) to Director of College Counseling at Greensboro Day School (NC).
Phil Hooper left Woodberry Forest School (Woodberry Forest, VA) to join Thaden School in Bentonville, AR, as their Director of College Counseling.
Jenni Johnson is moving from the role of Assistant Director of Student Life & Scholar Support at Elon Academy (Elon, NC) to focus on college advising and testing coordination as the Associate Director of College Advising at Research Triangle High School (Research Triangle Park, NC).
Kimberly Norfork is switching sides of the desk, moving from Regional Enrollment Coordinator at the University of Cincinnati (OH) to Director of College Counseling at North Cobb Christian School located between Kennesaw and Acworth, GA.
Chris Pinto is moving from the University of Alabama at Birmingham as Assistant Director of Admissions to take on a new role as Director of Admissions for Mercer University (Atlanta, GA).
Christina Ring-Hillard is expanding their role as Associate Director of College Counseling at Saint Stephen’s Episcopal School in Bradenton, FL.
Kelly Savoie is starting a new role with Sallie Mae as the Director and Assistant Region Head for the Southeast. In this role, Kelly manages campus relations throughout the southeast.
Janet Sprague is transitioning from one IB World School to another, leaving their role as School Counselor 9-12 with Franklin Academy High School (Wake Forest, NC) to focus on postsecondary advising for IB Diploma Program students at Southeast High School in Bradenton, FL.
Holley Springfield is moving up in the world at Auburn University (Auburn, AL) from Regional Admissions Advisor to Assistant Director of Admissions. She will be directly supervising the admissions advisors as they recruit students to the university.
Bonnie Toliver, formerly a College Advisor with the First Academy Orlando (Orlando, FL) is heading north to take on new responsibilities joining Whitefield Academy (Smyrna, GA) as their Director of College Counseling.
Megan Tyler is making the exciting move from Senior Associate Director of Admission to Director of Admission at Wofford College (Spartanburg, SC).
