Each summer, SACAC hosts a tour for approximately 40 high school counselors, independent educational consultants, and CBO employees. The tour route varies each year and includes 10-15 institutions in the southeast. For all Sweet Tea Tours, we require full participation, and participants must travel on the bus with the group. Registration includes most meals and all lodging during the tour. Participants stay in suite-style single rooms on college campuses as well as in hotels. Participants are responsible for travel to and from the starting/ending location of the tour and are required to travel with the group on the tour bus and stay in lodging with the group.
Sweet Tea Tour 2026
The bus will be rolling through Memphis, Arkansas, and northern Mississippi!

2026 Program Fees: $650 members/$725 Non-members (double occupancy at the hotel); $850 member/$925 Non-member (single occupancy at the hotel) [4 nights will be in the hotel]
